Sure! We love children, but please use your best parental judgement when planning to bring your kiddos. There is hot wax and breakable vessels involved in the process. We want to keep everyone safe and having fun!

Yes! We currently are offering premade wax melts, 8 oz and 12 oz mason jar candles. Perfect for a gift or when you are craving a new scent and don’t have time for the full candle bar experience. Stop in to see our current scents!

We can’t think of a better gift than the gift of a candle experience! Gift Certificates can be purchased at the bar during business hours or by emailing hideawaycb@gmail.com. Available in increments of $10, gift certificates never expire and can be used for anything at Hideaway Candle Bar.

Candle Wax: We use a hybrid blend of soy, coconut and beeswax in all candles created in the shop. All wax is purchased from a manufacturer located in Pennsylvania that believes in environmentally sustaining practices.

Melt Wax: We use a 100% soy wax formulated specifically for melts/tarts. It is quick drying and is hard enough for making melts in various molds.

Fragrance Oils: Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and IFRA Compliance sheets (with information originating from manufacturers) are always available to our customers.

Wicks: We exclusively use Ultra-Core Wicks that are made in the USA and are 100% natural. They have a unique knitted patented design which allows the wax to flow through the fibers easier to fuel your flame and improve your melt pool resulting in a much better burning candle.

We can’t sell alcohol, but you’re welcome to BYOB! Please limit your selections to beer, wine and seltzers. We offer pre-packaged snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. If hosting a private party, you are welcome to bring your own snacks to serve.

We legally must card anyone who appears to be under the legal drinking age of 21. So, yes, we will ask for ID as needed. If a valid ID can’t be produced or the ID shows that you are under 21, we will ask you to remove the alcohol from the premises.
